Standard Booking Terms
Luxury travel often involves non-refundable deposits to secure exclusive venues and private charters. Our policy is as follows:
Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations by Client: * 90+ days before departure: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
Less than 60 days before departure: 0% refundable.
Force Majeure: In the event of “Acts of God” or global emergencies, we will work to secure travel credits with our vendors in lieu of cash refunds.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all clients purchase premium “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance to protect their investment.
Agreement of Services
By booking with Luxury Lifestyle Excursions, you agree to the following:
Pricing: Prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid. Luxury travel markets are volatile; we reserve the right to adjust quotes based on currency fluctuations or fuel surcharges.
Documentation: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all passports, visas, and health vaccinations are valid and up to date for the destination.
Liability: Luxury Lifestyle Excursions acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or negligence of third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Conduct: We reserve the right to decline or dismiss any traveler whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the comfort or safety of the group or staff.
Accuracy and Risk
